These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Apara and its services. By accessing our website, purchasing a service, or subscribing to any offering provided by Apara, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
About Apara
Apara is a productised design agency providing design services, digital assets, and related offerings on a subscription or one time basis. All services are delivered remotely unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Apara, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Apara in the preceding billing period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective once posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All pre existing materials, concepts, tools, templates, and processes used by Apara remain the intellectual property of Apara.
All design work begins only after full payment is successfully completed. From the start of the project, all design work created for you is owned by you, even if work files or previews are shared during the project.
Apara retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing
Payments and Billing
All fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Payments must be made in full before services begin unless otherwise stated.
For subscription based services:
Billing is recurring based on the selected plan
You are responsible for managing or pausing your subscription before the renewal date
Failure to pause will result in automatic renewal and billing
All payments are non refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
User Information
To use certain features of our services, we collect limited personal information:
Email address for newsletters and updates
Name and email address for purchases and subscriptions
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. How we collect, use, and store this information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
