This Subscription Policy explains how Apara’s billed services, renewals, pauses, and related billing rules work. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

When Work Starts

All services begin only after full payment is successfully completed. Once payment is received, work starts according to the agreed scope and timeline.

Pricing and Charges

All prices are clearly displayed before purchase.


Apara does not add hidden fees. Any internal programs or contributions, including sustainability initiatives, do not affect client pricing or billing amounts.

Working Hours and Holidays

Apara operates during standard working hours, Monday to Friday. Our typical working hours are communicated during onboarding or project kickoff and may vary slightly based on availability and project needs.


All work and meetings are conducted strictly within these working hours. We do not extend work, meetings, or delivery beyond defined working hours.


If a project requires collaboration across different time zones, this is discussed and agreed upon during the kickoff meeting before work begins.


We do not operate on public holidays or planned breaks. Any holidays, time off, or reduced availability are communicated in advance through email or the project management portal so clients are aware of potential pauses or slower response times.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

In summary:

  • Full refunds may be issued if a client changes their mind before work starts

  • Partial refunds may be offered in rare dispute situations at Apara’s discretion

  • No refunds are guaranteed once work has started

Failed Payments & Work Pauses

If a subscription renewal payment is not completed:

Access and delivery resume once payment is successfully completed.

  • Work continues until the end of the active billing period

  • Work is paused once the billing period ends if payment is not received

Pausing a Subscription

Apara treats subscription changes as pauses, not cancellations.

When a subscription is paused:

Pauses do not extend or carry over beyond the current billing cycle. To continue work after the cycle ends, a new billing period must be paid (for Quarterly billed services).

  • Work is paused immediately

  • No additional charges are applied during the active billing cycle

  • Work can be resumed at any time within the already paid billing period

Quarterly Subscriptions

Quarterly billed services operate on a recurring subscription model.

Renewal reminders are sent before each billing cycle.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each quarterly billing period

  • The billing cycle is based on the original purchase date

  • Each client has an independent renewal date tied to when they subscribed

  • Clients may adjust or pause their subscription before the renewal date
